Al Yah International Holding LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with solid UAE experience who can independently manage accounting operations while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing reconciliations, and supporting budgeting and cash flow activities. Experience working with holding or investment companies and knowledge of UAE tax regulations will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee daily financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Manage the accounting function independently while maintaining financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to accounting processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
Requirements:
• 4–7 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Experience preparing financial reports, reconciliations, budgets, and cash flow statements.
• Previous experience with holding, investment, or multi-entity organizations is an advantage.
• ACCA, CA, CPA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage the complete accounting function.
