Description:
A well-established Private Family Office in Dubai is looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support its financial operations. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who values accuracy, confidentiality, and maintaining high financial standards in a professional work environment.
The selected candidate will handle day-to-day accounting activities, prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting and reconciliations, and ensure compliance with accounting procedures. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification or CPA Graduate is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Previous experience in a family office, investment office, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Excel.
• Accounting software.
• Financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting standards.
