Role Purpose
The Account Manager manages assigned client accounts, maintains strong client relationships, ensures effective communication between clients and internal teams, coordinates project delivery, tracks campaign performance against client KPIs, and supports client growth through upselling, cross-selling, RFPs, and proposals.
Tier-Based Involvement
- Supports Tier 1 accounts.
- Owns and leads Tier 2 execution and planning.
- Provides support to junior team members for Tier 3 accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Oversee all client-facing work before delivery to ensure accuracy and excellence.
- Client Communication: Lead weekly meetings and maintain ongoing correspondence for assigned accounts.
- Business Development: Manage RFPs and proposals to drive client satisfaction and account growth.
- Strategy Creation: Develop strategies including 5Cs trends, research, and target audience analysis.
- Escalation Point: Serve as the primary escalation contact for Account Executives.
- Complex Briefs: Handle complex briefs including campaigns and DAGs.
- Billing Coordination: Manage billing processes through Zoho and Monday.com.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and provide ongoing client account support.
- Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track campaign performance against client KPIs and provide regular updates.
