Description:
A leading luxury perfume brand based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong technical accounting expertise and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements within the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, managing sales invoice processes, and ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations. Previous experience within the perfumery or luxury retail sector will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements
• Oversee sales invoicing processes and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and FTA regulations
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain financial controls
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements
• Monitor compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax regulations
• Experience managing sales invoices and financial reporting within the perfumery industry
• Familiarity with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE Corporate Tax laws and compliance procedures
• Financial reporting and accounting standards
• Sales invoicing and account reconciliation processes
• ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
