Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:

Be recent graduates or early‑career professionals in relevant fields (Public Health, Data Science, AI, Gender Studies, Finance, Communications, or related disciplines).

Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Show interest in gender justice, inclusive health systems, responsible AI, and community‑led care.

Be familiar with Pan‑African social impact frameworks, feminist leadership principles, and inclusive financing models.

Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and alignment with the Centre’s mission of advancing gender justice in health systems.
Role‑specific expectations:

Data & Research Intern: Support evidence generation, data analysis, and reporting.

NLP & AI Intern: Work on AI models, language processing, and innovation projects.

Responsible AI & Governance Intern: Contribute to ethical AI frameworks and policy development.

Financial Inclusion Intern: Assist in partnership building and inclusive financing strategies.

MEL Intern: Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems.

Community Engagement Intern: Drive grassroots participation and program implementation.

- Good writing, documentation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
