A leading FMCG organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis within the FMCG sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting business growth initiatives, and delivering accurate financial insights to senior management. The role requires excellent leadership capabilities, strong analytical skills, and extensive experience managing financial functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across the organization.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.
• Conduct profitability analysis and implement effective cost control measures.
• Support business growth initiatives through financial planning and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and mentor finance team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager.
• Mandatory experience within the FMCG industry.
• Previous UAE finance management experience is required.
• CMA or CIP qualification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience using Focus ERP System will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting and compliance management
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Cash flow management, cost control, and profitability analysis
• ERP systems, including Focus ERP, and advanced financial reporting tools
