Description:
A growing Oil & Gas company based in Sharjah is seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to join its administrative team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in front desk operations and enjoy creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling incoming calls, coordinating visitors, and supporting general office operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment are essential for success in this role.
Candidates with prior UAE experience and a strong service-oriented mindset will be preferred. Immediate joiners will be given priority consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
• Assist in basic administrative and office coordination tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Support internal teams with administrative requirements
• Ensure smooth communication between departments and visitors
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in handling visitors, calls, and office coordination
• Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• UAE experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Front desk and reception management
• Office communication and telephone handling
• Microsoft Office applications
• Visitor management and scheduling systems
