The Data Reporting Analyst role is designed for highly experienced insurance professionals specializing in Commercial Lines. This position involves working with ISO statistical reporting, analyzing complex data sets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Support preparation of ISO claims and premium reports using statistical data analysis
• Analyze ISO statistical plans and ensure accurate reporting compliance
• Collaborate with IT, TPA services, underwriting, and other departments
• Maintain detailed documentation for data extraction, formatting, and submission processes
• Extract data from multiple systems and perform advanced Excel-based analysis
• Submit regulatory reports to state agencies and insurance bureaus
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting issues
• Recommend process improvements to reduce reporting errors and inefficiencies
• Track, manage, and resolve reporting-related issues in coordination with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 25 years of full-time professional experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
• Strong expertise in ISO statistical reporting and commercial insurance lines
• Advanced knowledge of data reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• ISO statistical plans and insurance reporting standards
• Property & Casualty insurance operations
• Data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows
• Regulatory compliance and state reporting requirements
