Description:
MILEO The Palm, a distinctive lifestyle hotel located on the West Beach of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Receptionist to join its hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in and check-out process. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle guest needs efficiently while maintaining the highest service standards.
Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate confidently in Russian and have prior experience working in upscale hotel environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and manage smooth check-in and check-out procedures
• Serve as the first point of contact for all guest inquiries and requests
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints and special requests in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Maintain accurate guest records and front desk documentation
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and high-quality service
• Use Opera Cloud system for front office operations and reservations management
• Support daily front desk operations in line with hotel standards
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a 4★ or 5★ hotel front office or reception role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate fluently in Russian (preferred)
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud system is mandatory
• Excellent customer service and guest handling skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Strong knowledge of:

• Hotel check-in/check-out procedures
• Luxury hospitality service standards
