Description:
Superfit Lifestyle is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Member Experience Executive to join its team in Al Barsha 1, Dubai. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, creating positive member experiences, and supporting daily front desk operations in a fitness-focused environment.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors, assisting with inquiries, memberships, appointments, and administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and visitors while providing a professional and friendly customer experience.
• Handle front desk operations, inquiries, and walk-in customer interactions.
• Assist prospective members with membership information and enrollment processes.
• Manage follow-up communications with leads and existing members.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of member interactions.
• Support daily administrative and reception-related activities.
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the gym, fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Presentable, professional, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with WhatsApp communication.
• Ability to manage inquiries, memberships, walk-ins, and customer follow-ups effectively.
• Own visa candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
