A school in Sharjah is seeking a passionate, innovative, and highly motivated ICT Teacher to join its academic team for the 2026–2027 academic year. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting digital literacy, supporting student achievement, and implementing data-driven teaching strategies. The position requires a strong understanding of ICT and Computer Science concepts, along with the ability to use assessment outcomes to enhance learning experiences and academic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective ICT lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Develop lesson plans that promote digital literacy, innovation, and critical thinking
• Analyze student assessment data and implement targeted intervention strategies
• Monitor student progress and support academic growth through evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and achievement
• Utilize assessment outcomes to improve teaching and learning practices
• Collaborate with academic leaders and colleagues to enhance educational outcomes
• Support school initiatives, enrichment programs, and extracurricular activities
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in professional development and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience within a UAE curriculum environment
• Strong knowledge of ICT, Computer Science, and Digital Technologies
• Experience in assessment analysis and student performance tracking
• Ability to apply data-driven instructional strategies
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to student achievement and educational excellence
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
