Description:
A confidential client represented by V Getter Solutions is seeking a skilled Draughtsman with strong AutoCAD expertise and proven experience in UAE interior fit-out projects. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who can create accurate technical drawings while effectively coordinating with project, production, and site teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical documentation for commercial, residential, retail, and other fit-out projects. Candidates with a strong understanding of interior fit-out requirements, technical drawing standards, and project coordination processes are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings
• Develop technical drawings for commercial, residential, retail, and interior fit-out projects
• Interpret project specifications, consultant drawings, and design requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and production teams
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of drawings with project standards
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation throughout project execution
• Support project teams with technical drafting and design-related requirements
Requirements:
• Mandatory AutoCAD Certification
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE interior fit-out experience
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drafting
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period preferred
• Strong attention to detail and coordination abilities
Strong knowledge of:
• AutoCAD drafting and interior fit-out drawing preparation
• Shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built documentation
• SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Photoshop (preferred)
