DRHC is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality medical services to our patients and community. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist with experience in the medical or healthcare field to join our Admin Team.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Arabic Speaking Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should be friendly, well-presented, and capable of handling front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
Support Admin and other departments with clerical tasks when required.
Ensure visitor logs and access procedures are followed for security purposes.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School diploma or Bachelor's in any field.
1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting).
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English is mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint).
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
Presentable, polite, reliable, and customer-oriented.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
