Description:
Evolution Sports Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to support its educational programs and initiatives. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to projects that help improve educational outcomes through research and data-driven insights.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, collecting and verifying information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the education team with data management activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, analyzing information, and ensuring accuracy in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research using online databases, websites, publications, and other reliable sources.
• Collect, verify, and organize information for educational projects and initiatives.
• Accurately enter and maintain data within company databases and systems.
• Review and update existing records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with educators, project managers, and team members to support data requirements.
• Assist in developing and improving data collection methods and processes.
• Generate reports and analyze data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and records.
• Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in research and data management.
Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in research, data entry, or a related role preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with educational programs and initiatives is considered an advantage.
