Description:

A Facilities Management company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated and organized Female Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong administrative skills and can efficiently manage office documentation, communication, and coordination activities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office processes by handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative functions. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Candidates with previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative and office support activities

• Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks

• Coordinate office communications and correspondence

• Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents

• Support internal office coordination and scheduling requirements

• Maintain organized records and ensure document accuracy

Requirements:
