The organization is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Delivery Specialist to support the processing, monitoring, and management of electronic data file exchanges. This role plays a critical part in ensuring secure, accurate, and timely data transfers between internal systems and external partners while maintaining operational efficiency and service-level standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, process, and support inbound and outbound electronic file exchanges
• Provide technical support for data files and interface-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve production job failures and system issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of system incidents and resolutions
• Translate client data requirements into file/interface specifications
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for file implementations and updates
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes
• Support annual enrollment activities and related system operations
• Enhance system processes based on evolving business needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
• Knowledge of SQL and strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform data audits and handle high-volume datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet strict deadlines
Strong knowledge of:
• Data file processing and interface management
• SQL and data analysis tools
• System troubleshooting and production support
• Workflow documentation and SOP development
