Description:
Delicate Dental Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join its luxury dental clinic in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel at customer service, patient interaction, and front desk administration in a professional healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day reception operations. Candidates with previous healthcare or dental clinic experience will have an added advantage. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient registrations
• Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
• Coordinate daily reception activities and appointment calendars
• Assist patients with general information and clinic services
• Support administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk administrator
• Healthcare or dental clinic experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in computer applications and scheduling systems
• Immediate availability preferred
• Filipino nationality preferred
Strong knowledge of:
• Front desk and reception operations
• Customer service and patient relations
• Appointment scheduling and record management
• Computer applications and office administration
