Description:
A growing company in the advertising, printing, signage, and branding solutions industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong industry background and a proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets within the UAE market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple sectors including corporate, retail, construction, hospitality, events, and government organizations.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile branding and signage projects while contributing to the growth of a dynamic organization that values performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers
• Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience in Advertising, Printing, Signage, Branding, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and an established customer network
• Proven ability to generate new business and successfully close deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Existing clientele, subcontractors, suppliers, and business connections within the industry are highly preferred
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of:
