Job Description

Role summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled, analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and analyze complex datasets, developing statistical models, generating actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in data analytics, statistical modelling, survey research and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in survey sampling design, weighting methodologies and quantitative research analysis.
  • Proficiency in statistical and analytical software such as SPSS, STATA, R, Python and advanced MS Excel.
  • Experience with data visualisation and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint (PPT).
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies, questionnaire design and data quality assurance processes.
  • Experience handling large and complex datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
