Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with company standards
• Ensure consistency in food preparation, portioning, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout kitchen operations
• Support daily kitchen activities and coordinate effectively with team members
• Assist in managing food quality, inventory control, and kitchen efficiency
• Contribute to delivering exceptional guest dining experiences
Requirements:
• Previous UAE experience in Lebanese and Arabic cuisine
• Valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of:
• Lebanese cuisine preparation and presentation
• Arabic cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and quality control procedures
