Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Milano Cosmetics Factory, Sajaa, Sharjah. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the factory warehouse and stores, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and recording of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other inventory items.
The role includes maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement, production, quality, and logistics departments, and ensuring that all store activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and inventory control standards.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of Storekeeping experience in a Manufacturing Industry is MANDATORY
UAE experience is mandatory
Experience managing raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and general inventory
Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management practices
Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
Knowledge of stock receiving, issuing, transfers, and inventory reconciliation
Experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food Manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure
Forklift operation experience will be considered an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
Verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders and delivery documents
Store materials safely and systematically according to company procedures
Issue raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and other items to authorized departments
Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP transactions
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to management
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification
Support monthly inventory reconciliations and audit activities
Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of all inventory items
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments regarding inventory requirements
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse and storage areas
Monitor product shelf life, batch control, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
Assist in inventory investigations and discrepancy resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP requirements, and warehouse procedures
