We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination, reporting, employee records, document management, and ensuring that company procedures are followed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintain employee files and administrative records
• Process and monitor WPS-related documentation
• Manage attendance records and leave tracking
• Organize company documents and filing systems
• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks
• Handle emails, correspondence, and document preparation
• Coordinate recruitment activities and employee onboarding
• Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience with UAE administrative processes is preferred
