A growing organization in Ajman is seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have hands-on accounting experience in the UAE and are looking to further develop their career in a professional and supportive work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations. Applicants must currently reside in Ajman and possess relevant real estate industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions independently
• Record, monitor, and maintain financial transactions accurately
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting financial statement preparation
• Handle VAT registration, filing, reconciliation, and compliance requirements
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense records efficiently
• Maintain organized physical and digital company documentation and records
Requirements:
• Currently residing in Ajman, United Arab Emirates
• Real estate industry experience is required
• Own Sponsorship, Family Visa, or Investor Visa holders only
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 1 year of UAE accounting and VAT experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong knowledge of:
• Tally Prime
• Microsoft Excel
• MS Office Applications
• UAE VAT Regulations
• FTA Compliance and Reporting Procedures
