Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years health & safety experience
- Degree in Social Sciences, OHS, or related field
- OSH/NEBOSH Certification required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder & community engagement skills
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in written & spoken Swahili
