Job Description
We are a Dubai-based accounting firm providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients across multiple industries.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 2–4 years of UAE accounting experience, preferably gained in an accounting firm, to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients across various industries.
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Handle and manage VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, deregistrations, and filings in compliance with UAE FTA regulations.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with UAE financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Previous work experience in an accounting firm in the UAE is mandatory.
- Must have experience handling accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients.
- Strong knowledge of UAE FTA regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, filings, and deregistrations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
- CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred.
- Must be currently based in Dubai or within the UAE.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
Employment Benefits:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Weekends off)
