Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:

Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Geology, ICT, Planning, Business Administration, or related fields; valid driving license for Driver role).

Have prior experience in engineering, water and sanitation projects, ICT, geology, planning, auditing, or administration.

Be familiar with public service frameworks, water works development mandates, and compliance standards.

Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with CRVWWDA’s mission of developing and maintaining sustainable water and sanitation facilities.

Managerial roles require leadership, policy advisory, and strategic planning capacity.

Technical roles require engineering proficiency, project implementation, and fieldwork expertise.

Administrative roles require clerical support, office management, and service delivery.

Driving roles require valid licenses, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
