Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline of our company, interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with orders and order-related questions.

- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their orders.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience.

- Document customer interactions and maintain customer records accurately.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best service possible.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Arabic nationality is required
  • ?Arabic speaker (native level) is required
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • ?Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • ?Experience in Contact Center / Call Center is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer service software.
