Description:
A company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Group Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes, labor affairs, and immigration services efficiently. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring full legal compliance while supporting HR operations and employee documentation.
Job Purpose:
To oversee and execute all government, immigration, and labor-related activities with accuracy, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and providing seamless administrative support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end immigration and visa processes including employment visas, business visas, renewals, cancellations, and status amendments.
- Coordinate entry permits, Emirates ID processing, and employee medical appointments.
- Act as the main point of contact with government authorities and stay updated on UAE labor and immigration regulations.
- Manage trade license applications, renewals, and amendments while ensuring all regulatory approvals are in place.
- Process NOCs, labor contracts, and other legal documentation as required.
- Represent the organization in legal matters, including handling processes through the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) systems and portals.
- Maintain accurate company records with government entities and ensure proper documentation and attestation of employee credentials.
- Support continuous process improvement by following HR quality standards and implementing corrective actions from audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a PRO within the UAE is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and hands-on experience with government portals, especially ADJD systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Native Arabic speaker is required for this role.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities with a high level of confidentiality.
