Available Positions:

🔹 Area Development Representative (ADR)
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow the assigned sales territory to meet monthly and yearly sales targets
• Identify potential clients and expand the customer base by onboarding new outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct routine market visits to ensure product presence, visibility, and availability
• Keep track of competitor activities and current market trends
• Implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns effectively

Requirements:
• Prior experience in FMCG field sales is highly preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-driven, target-focused, and proactive mindset

🔹 Van Salesman
Requirements:
• Proven experience in FMCG van sales is mandatory
• Must hold a valid UAE manual driving license
• Good familiarity with local routes and market areas
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills

🔹 Helper
Requirements:
• Experience in FMCG, warehouse, or operational support roles
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Assist in loading, unloading, and general delivery operations

🔹 Delivery Driver
Requirements:
• Valid UAE manual driving license is required
• Good knowledge of local roads, delivery routes, and market locations
