A reputable organization in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a proactive and detail-focused Supply Chain Officer to support its procurement and overall supply chain activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth supply chain operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track product demand trends and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Oversee the full procurement cycle, from sourcing suppliers to final delivery of goods
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing outcomes
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, logistics, and warehouse teams
• Address and resolve issues related to delivery delays, product quality, and compliance standards
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with UAE regulations and internal policies
• Maintain accurate procurement records and update ERP systems consistently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in inventory planning and demand forecasting
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems will be considered an added advantage
