The company supports organizations in adopting advanced Salesforce solutions to streamline operations and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using modern technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Visualforce, triggers, batch processing, scheduled jobs, and SOQL queries
  • Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and other integration tools
  • Work closely with stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver effective technical solutions
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications and user guides
  • Manage ongoing support tasks, including resolving tickets, implementing enhancements, and improving system performance
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system adoption

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Practical experience working with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Dev 401 and Admin 201 are required
  • Proven experience in system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
