A leading organization in the luxury retail sector is seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to join their team in Dubai. This role is best suited for professionals who understand the complexities of handling high-value inventory and operating within strict financial controls where precision is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of financial operations, including Profit & Loss, cash flow management, and balance sheet oversight
• Ensure complete accuracy of inventory by reconciling system records with physical stock without discrepancies
• Manage UAE VAT filings and ensure compliance with Corporate Tax regulations
• Handle multi-currency transactions and monitor foreign exchange exposure
• Prepare detailed financial reports that support strategic business decisions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with mandatory exposure to UAE or GCC markets
• Proven background in luxury retail or high-value goods such as watches, jewelry, or precious metals
• Strong auditing skills and mindset; experience with Big 4 firms is an added advantage
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin is a strong plus
