Job Description
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities through direct interaction with clients in the field. This role involves actively seeking out new sales leads, meeting potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence reports.
- Educate clients on product features, pricing, and benefits
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client visits, and pipeline status.
