A Dubai-based organization is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager – Staffing to join its growing team. This position is ideal for professionals who have strong expertise in the staffing and recruitment industry and possess a solid understanding of the UAE market. The role focuses on expanding the company’s presence by developing new client relationships and driving business opportunities within both IT and Non-IT staffing segments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, building strategic partnerships with organizations across the UAE, and promoting staffing and recruitment services to potential clients. This position requires a proactive professional who can confidently approach new companies, present tailored staffing solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Working closely with recruitment and operations teams, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in ensuring that client requirements are effectively understood and delivered. Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Development: Build new business accounts while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
