Key Responsibilities:

• Account Development: Build new business accounts while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Local Market Knowledge: Hands-on experience working in the UAE or Dubai recruitment market is mandatory.
