Job Description

Engage Experts is seeking a detail-oriented IT/ERP Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments and at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing data within ERP systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy across our production, warehouse, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain high volumes of data within the ERP system.

Generate and submit daily operational and performance reports to management.

Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and finance teams to verify data integrity.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.

Support ERP system improvements and process optimization initiatives.

Maintain strict compliance with company data management standards.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems.

Industry Background: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Age: 25 – 45 years.

Skills:

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable in maintaining consistent daily reporting.
