An opportunity is available for an experienced Civil Inspector to join a major airport development project in Dubai. This long-term role is ideal for professionals with strong site inspection experience who are capable of overseeing both structural and architectural construction activities on large-scale infrastructure projects.

The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and approved engineering drawings. This position requires a strong understanding of construction inspection procedures and the ability to coordinate closely with project teams, contractors, and engineers on site.

Working on a mega airport project, the Civil Inspector will contribute to maintaining construction quality, monitoring site progress, and ensuring that all work is executed according to technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform site inspections for structural and architectural works to ensure compliance with project specifications and construction standards
• Review and verify construction drawings, method statements, and inspection requests submitted by contractors
• Monitor construction activities and ensure they align with approved engineering plans and quality requirements
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors regarding inspection schedules and site issues
• Maintain detailed inspection records and assist with reporting project progress and compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in construction inspection on large-scale infrastructure or airport projects
• Strong knowledge of structural and architectural construction practices
• Prior experience working with a Main Contractor is essential
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation, and inspection reports

• Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE
