Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Skin Assessment

• Conduct professional skin consultations to assess clients' skin conditions, concerns, and goals
• Analyze skin types and diagnose dermatological conditions including acne, hyperpigmentation, eczema, and sensitive skin
• Develop personalized skincare routines and clinical treatment plans tailored to each individual client

Skincare Treatments & Procedures

• Perform clinic-approved treatments including facials, chemical peels, extractions, and advanced aesthetic procedures
• Recommend appropriate clinical treatments and medical-grade skincare products matched to diagnosed skin needs
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and professional standards across all procedures

Product Recommendation & Client Education

• Guide clients through evidence-based skincare routines covering cleansing, active treatments, moisturization, and sun protection
• Recommend medical-grade skincare products grounded in thorough skin analysis
• Empower clients with the knowledge and habits needed for long-term skin health

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

• Deliver a premium client experience from the first consultation through to post-treatment follow-up
• Build lasting, trust-based client relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
• Monitor treatment progress and outcomes with structured follow-up touchpoints

Clinic Operations & Administration

• Keep accurate, detailed client records, treatment notes, and product recommendation logs
• Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
• Contribute to clinic treatment and product sales targets
• Stay ahead of emerging skincare technologies, dermatological research, and aesthetic industry developments

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Dermatology, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, or a related medical field
• Certification in skincare therapy, aesthetics, or dermatological treatments is a strong advantage
• Valid professional registration where applicable
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic center, medical spa, skincare clinic, or pharmacy-based skincare consultation role
• Deep knowledge of skin conditions, clinical treatments, and medical-grade skincare products
• Proven ability to craft effective skincare routines rooted in accurate skin analysis
• Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills
