Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Quality to lead the full Quality Management System (QMS) for a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role encompasses oversight of QA, QC, and Validation operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and sterile manufacturing requirements. You will be responsible for site-wide QMS setup and governance, managing batch releases, deviations, CAPA, change control, and preparing for regulatory inspections including FDA, EMA, and MOHAP. Additionally, you will drive the company’s quality strategy, define KPIs, and lead a high-performing quality team. Experience in oncology or high-potency products is considered a plus.

Requirements:

• 12–15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality
• 5–7+ years in senior positions within sterile/GMP manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of EU GMP, 21 CFR 210/211, and ICH Q8–Q10 guidelines
• Proven track record managing regulatory inspections
• Background in oncology or high-potency manufacturing is advantageous
