Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or related fields (depending on role).

  • Be registered with relevant professional bodies (e.g., Nursing Council of Kenya, Pharmacy & Poisons Board, Medical Practitioners & Dentists Council).

  • Have prior experience in clinical practice, patient care, or healthcare administration.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Support roles (Claims Officer, Nurses) require reliability, patient‑centered care, and administrative competence.
