Hold relevant academic qualifications depending on the role:
Baby Minder: Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Development or related field, with experience in child care.
PhD Fellowship / Studentship: Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or related disciplines.
Postdoctoral Fellowship: PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Epidemiology, or related fields, with proven research experience.
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Be familiar with health research methodologies and international collaboration.
