Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns & partnerships, and overseeing marketing activities to generate leads and increase revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, analytical, and creative skills, with experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify new market opportunities and target audiences
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, email, and paid ads
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
- Manage brand positioning and company image in the market
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the marketing team and external agencies
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams.
Budget & Performance Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Track marketing performance using KPIs and analytics
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing marketing teams
