About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Preferably, the ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, solid customer service experience, and a proven track record in client management and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide professional customer support
• Manage and follow up on leads to convert them into sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Contact consultant to discuss potential additional work opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Strong experience in handling clients and closing sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications is an advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Must have own valid visa
• Arabic nationality only
• Must be 18-25 years old
