Fakhruddin Properties is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Visualizer to join its creative and design team. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings that help communicate design concepts for residential and commercial developments. As a Senior 3D Visualizer, you will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure that visual outputs reflect the intended design vision and project requirements. The ability to create realistic environments, detailed interiors, and visually appealing presentations will be essential in supporting project planning and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for architectural and real estate projects
• Transform conceptual ideas and architectural plans into realistic digital visuals
• Develop interior and exterior visual scenes with accurate lighting, textures, and materials
• Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to understand project requirements
