Job Description

Our client is a company dealing with growing and selling of african herbs electrician main role is to plan, organize and control all electrical services under the guidance of management and within the limits of company policies and procedures to achieve company mission and vision

Qualifications

  • O' level qualification.
  • Certificate/diploma in electrical engineering or related fields.
  • Certified by erc grade b.
  • Able to generate reports using computers.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years working experience as a electrician dealing with farm irrigation and water management systems, generators or other agricultural farm related equipments.
  • Salary: kshs. 50,000 - 70,000 plus company benefits

Main responsibilities

  • Effecting all electrical installations within the farm, staff quarters and all other enterprises belonging to the company.
  • Carrying out all necessary routine and emergency breakdown maintenance where necessary within the farm and other enterprises belonging to the company.
  • Be involved in and to guide purchasing department on sourcing and
  • Authentication of the genuineness of electrical parts and accessories
  • Required by the company.

  • Costing and supervising of externally contracted electrical works within the company enterprises.
  • Carrying out periodic electrical risk assessments, implementing corrective measures, and advising management and general workforce on best electrical practices to avoid electrical accidents on the farm.
  • Taking all due care and procedures while handling electrical works to avoid electrical accidents to self, other workers, machines and general assets.

Motor Vehicle - Sales Supervisor

  • Our client is a a medium-sized motor vehicle dealer selling imported and locally used vehicles
  • The motor vehicle-sales supervisor will oversee and drive vehicle sales operations for a medium-sized dealership dealing in both imported and locally used motor vehicles. The role requires a results-driven, go-getter professional with strong leadership ability, excellent sales expertise, and solid business networks within the motor industry. The successful candidate will supervise the sales team, grow revenue, expand market share, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelors degree in sales & marketing, business administration, automotive management, commerce or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and

  • Strong business development skills and established client network.
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license. Knowledge of motor vehicle importation and registration procedures in kenya is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in motor vehicle sales, preferably in a busy dealership environment.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both imported and locally used vehicles.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients. Leverage existing business contacts and networks to generate consistent sales leads.
  • Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and closing processes.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for Management.

  • Vehicle importation and registration procedures in kenya (ntsa processes, kra documentation, duty Requirements, logbook processing, etc).
