Urgent Hiring – Accountant (Contracting & Interior Fit-Out Company) (Male)

Dubai – Near Emirates Tower Metro Station

We are looking for a highly competent and confident Accountant with strong UAE experience in a Construction / Contracting / Interior Fit-Out Company.

This role is strictly for candidates with relevant UAE contracting experience

Core Responsibilities:

* Handle full accounting cycle for construction & interior fit-out projects

* Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS & financial analysis reports

* Advanced expertise in MS Excel

* Strong working experience in Tally ERP

* Payroll preparation, WPS processing & end-of-service settlements

* Attendance management & leave tracking

* Process and manage LPOs in coordination with Procurement

* Understanding of BOQs, project costing & material tracking

* Maintain supplier accounts & reconciliations

* Close coordination with QS Department for project budgets & cost control

* Monitor project expenses vs budget

* Assist in internal & external audits

* Maintain proper documentation for audit & compliance

* Cash flow monitoring & payment scheduling

* Reporting directly to Finance Head & CEO

Requirements:

* 3–5 years UAE experience in a Contracting / Interior Fit-Out Company (Mandatory)

* Strong knowledge of construction accounting standards

* Experience handling suppliers, subcontractors & project-based accounting

* Strong personality with ability to work under pressure

* Flexible with office timings as per project requirements

* Male candidate required

* Immediate joiners preferred
