Description:
A busy and vibrant café in Abu Dhabi is looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in coffee preparation and be committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude to create a welcoming experience for all customers.

The Barista will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of coffee beverages, operating coffee machines, maintaining high standards of presentation, and ensuring the café remains organized and clean. The position also involves assisting with inventory management, supporting colleagues, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.
• Operate coffee machines and maintain quality and consistency in every cup served.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and work area.
• Follow company hygiene, safety, and product quality standards.
• Assist with stock management and report low inventory levels as needed.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
