Alrifai UAE is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Store Projects & Maintenance to join their team and oversee all project and maintenance activities for their stores across the UAE. This position is ideal for a professional who can manage multiple store projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with mall management and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and facilitate smooth maintenance operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while keeping projects within scope and budget.

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of store projects, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring that stores meet operational standards and customer expectations. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams will be required to maintain consistent store quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store projects and maintenance activities across multiple locations in the UAE
• Coordinate with mall management for project approvals, permits, and maintenance work
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Supervise project schedules, resources, and contractor performance
