UB Emirates is currently looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Warehouse In-Charge to join its operations team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in warehouse management, particularly within the electrical products sector, including cables, cable accessories, and related materials.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, efficient storage systems, and accurate documentation. The role requires strong leadership skills to supervise warehouse staff while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and safety.

As part of this role, the Warehouse In-Charge will oversee inventory control processes, conduct regular audits, and ensure that all materials are properly stored and tracked. The position also involves coordinating with different departments such as procurement, sales, and finance to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

The company is looking for a professional who can maintain structured warehouse procedures, improve operational workflows, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate inventory control systems, including cycle counts and inventory audits
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and operational protocols
• Ensure efficient storage management and material handling for electrical products
• Enforce safety policies and best practices to maintain a secure working environment
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports
• Oversee vehicle fleet management and related logistics activities

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations within the UAE
• Strong leadership ability with experience managing warehouse teams
• Practical knowledge of electrical products such as cables and accessories
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting-related processes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a recognized institution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Good knowledge of locations across the UAE for logistics coordination
