Marrfa Discovery is currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR & Admin to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is suited for a professional who can effectively manage both human resources functions and administrative operations while ensuring that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
The selected candidate will take responsibility for overseeing HR processes and office administration across the company. This includes managing recruitment activities, coordinating employee onboarding, and supporting workforce development. The role requires someone who can handle employee relations professionally while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
As a senior member of the management team, the HR & Admin Manager will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and comply with UAE Labour Law. The role requires strong leadership abilities to supervise administrative staff and maintain efficient daily office operations.
