A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to join their team. This role is suited for candidates with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in IT support, including strong expertise in Windows and Linux servers, networking, and application support. Professionals with insurance domain knowledge will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Provide end-user IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high system performance.
• Support applications, handle database issues, and address reported bugs.
• Possess basic programming knowledge in PL/SQL for application and database troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the security team to maintain IT safety protocols.
• Strong networking knowledge and the ability to resolve connectivity issues.
• Exposure to application support and database handling is required.
• Insurance domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
